BETH KELLY
was born and raised in Florida, where she received
a Journalism degree, specializing in Photojournalism,
from the University of Florida. She moved to New York
City in 1989 and opened her photography studio in 1992. For 15 years, she has worked as a freelance photographer in New York, specializing in entertainment portraiture.

Well known clients include: Terrence Mann, Patrick Wilson, Alice Ripley, Amy Bloom, Frank Wildhorn, Linda Eder, Joan Lader, Scott Wise, Dan Rather, Helen Merrill, Rob Evan, Elizabeth Parikinson, and Brian Stokes Mitchell.
In August 2001, Beth was blessed with the birth of her daughter, Faythe Kelly. One month later, 9/11 happened and life changed.
Beth moved her family to Connecticut, and commuted, to New York City. She also began channeling her creative energy into shooting photographs of her new found love: Children.
Since then, she has merged her journalism and fine art backgrounds to capture images of children and families in her own special style.
Now, Beth has returned to her roots, in Largo, Florida and has begun building a family portrait business, while still commuting back to New York City to continue with her Entertainment portrait work. She also travels across the country educating college students and shooting headshots for students and faculty members. |
